Process Engineer

Your Role

As a Process Engineer, you will work at one of our five sites in Beringe, focusing on customers in the Technology sector. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing projects within the operation of client TSC at our multi-client site. You will join a close-knit team of 5 colleagues and report to the Engineer Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities

• Optimize and design processes within our own WMS system and IT landscape.
• Translate operational needs into IT solutions, including system design and configuration.
• Monitor and follow up on projects using available tools.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve processes, resolving disruptions effectively.
• Develop and present improvement proposals to management, clients, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with inbound, outbound, and inventory departments.
• Work with SQL, Power BI, and other data management tools to create insights and dashboards.
• Take ownership of projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong IT and technical knowledge: SQL, Power BI, program design
• 2 till 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience with WMS systems and IT processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage projects, plan effectively, and take ownership
• Logistics experience is a plus
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Experience is important, but motivation and willingness to learn count too.
